An Advantage in Commercial Real Estate

As commercial real estate investors, we evaluate properties for our portfolio on a regular basis. We’ve also managed them for over 35 years which provides incredible insight. As a brokerage, we know what it takes to get top dollar when selling a property. Clients who work with a brokerage experienced in investing and selling have an advantage in commercial real estate.

At CEG, we see the whole picture. We’re able to zoom in on the details and spot required repairs, understand the deal structure, and analyze levels of risk. Our brokers also know the market and can recognize a motivated seller, which is a huge advantage over flying solo. Likewise, it’s important for a seller to know what clients have on their wish lists and understand realistic market pricing in order to attract serious buyers. Working with a broker who has experience in what to look for and can recognize a valuable deal is who you want to have on your team.

Commercial real estate is a relationship business. Being known with a good reputation and having face to face communication with a strong network at your back is critical. Ultimately, deals should meet business and/or investment goals and putting together a top notch team helps to achieve those goals faster.
